Private Coaching Details
Most individual coaching programs are between three to six months with an option to extend.
Each session is an hour each week or every other week, depending on your schedule
After each session, you receive a summary recap with clear action items you agreed upon during the session
All programs leverage my proprietary frameworks and models.
