Living in alignment

What does living in alignment mean?

Your actions match who you say you are.

Your actions match who you say you most want to be.

Your actions match what you say is most important to you.

Your actions match what you say you want to accomplish.

This is so simple, right?

It is easy to understand logically. Doing it is always the more challenging part.

Doing it requires that you change and evolve your mindset.

We've had narratives and stories in our heads we've been replaying for so long -- it's hard to break free from that and let them go.

But you're not your stories. You're not your past.

Your thought patterns and the thought loops you hold onto determine what you're willing to do ... to have what you say you want.

They shape what you believe you deserve, and what you believe you can have.

I'm living proof that an evolution in mindset is possible to pivot in life and in career multiple times.

I'm in the middle of a massive career pivot and my dear friend, therapist and emotional intelligence coach JOY Langley and I are digging deep into the identity and mindset shift I'm going through in real time.

I haven't shared any of this publicly. I haven't posted about it.

You'll get to hear all about it tomorrow at 11am EST. Live only.

See you there 🙌🏽
